Just before the confluence with the Šunik stream, the Lepenjica stream dug troughs about 100 meters long and up to 10 meters deep with bright green pools (small water basins in the stream). According to some, the energy-rich area has a positive effect on health and well-being, and even alleviates various pain and disease conditions. The healing effect of water is said to be due to the fact that our emotional system, which is in harmony with water, can retrieve information from water drops at any time, which is beneficial for the health of the human being as a whole. The remains of a mill that was in operation until the First World War can still be seen along the circular route, as evidenced by the millstones that have been preserved.Below are the ruins of a sawmill, which still served its purpose in the 1950s. At the lower bridge over Lepenjica, the main supply route to the front took place during the First World War. The area is not suitable for swimming.

An easy, marked path leads to the Šunik water grove. You can reach it by car or walk from the camp. By car, turn right at the crossroads to Lepena and drive 3 km on the road to the parking lot at the grove, park there and set off on a half-hour circular route. If you prefer a longer walk, you can go over the suspension bridge below Camp Soča, then turn right into the Lepena Valley, you can take the road or cross the suspension bridge 1 km after Camp Klin and continue on the left side of the Lepenica stream.
